INTE 1100 Installation & Troubleshooting I (1-4-0) 3 Credits UN This course covers PC hardware and peripherals common to virtually every personal computer, including microprocessors, RAM, power supplies, motherboards, BIOS, CMOS, the expansion bus, and input/output devices. Students will learn how things work, how to configure everything, and how to troubleshoot in real world environments. Additional topics includes: mobile device hardware, networking and troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues. The course also prepares students for industry-based certification such as the CompTIA A+ Exam. Pre-requisite(s): None Concurrency: INTE 1200 , INTE 1210 , INTE 2110 Co-requisite(s): INTE 1110 .
